Any adult can be a member of the library.
Library reserves the right to accept, reject, or discontinue membership for any reason. Membership is for personal use only and is nontransferable. No member may re-lend items borrowed from the library at any time.
To start using "LibOnClick" online library you need to buy a membership. Membership Plans
Payments can be made online or by cheque. In case you wish to pay be cheque, you may make the cheque in favour of “Olivegreen Enterprise” payable at par in Hyderabad and send it to us. You can also request for a cheque pick-up which will be chargeable @ Rs. 40 per pick-up.        
Requested books will be delivered within the next 2 to 3 days. Please note that there are no deliveries on Sundays and public holidays.
Any additional trips to be made due to the absence of members to receive or hand-over books will be charged.
Certain new books may have limited borrowing period which the library will inform the members at the time of borrowing. Children's books are treated the same way as other books.
When you finish reading a book, you can request for a pick-up by sending an e-mail to libonclick@olivegreenbharat.in mentioning your member ID. Books will be picked up within the next two working days.
We will provide a self-addressed return envelope and packing material along with the book. It would be the responsibility of member to properly pack the book in the provided envelope before handing it over to the pick-up boy.
In case the cost of the books with the member plus outstanding dues exceed the amount of balance maintained by the member with the library, the library will have the right to treat the books as sold and adjust the cost and dues against the member’s balance. Member will be intimated prior to this.
In case member wishes to close membership we will refund the credit balance in your account plus the refundable deposit by way of transfer to your bank account. For this the member will have to provide his bank account details. Please note that refunds will NOT be made in cash or by cheque. This will be only by way of account transfer. Refunds will be made within 7 working days subject to return of books that are in the member’s possession and clearance of all dues.
Policy for Lost Books: Lost books will result in a penalty of TWICE the value of the book plus any regular borrowing fee. Members can choose to replace the book within 10 days or pay the penalty.
Policy for damaged books: Penalty imposed for damaged books starts from 20% of the book value. The actual penalty amount is decided by the librarian. If the book is unfit to be lent out, then it will have the same penalty as a lost book.
Waiting list: If a book is not available, a member can join a waiting list for the book. Members will be notified when the book is available. A member may leave a waiting list at any time.
We reserve the right to change rules, fees and charges from time to time. But we will intimate the same to you either by e-mail or by posting on our website. You should update yourself for these changes by visting our website.
